Prior to entering the field of law, Mr. Dovas was employed in the transportation and defense consulting industries with responsibilities including engineering analysis, product design, and project management. Mr. Dovas holds degrees from Rutgers School of Engineering (BS) and Rutgers School of Law (JD).
